Eligibility Criteria

18-Month Rental History

Must have an 18-month rental history with Monte Vista

No Late Payments

Maintain an on-time payment record throughout your tenancy

Property in Good Condition

No major damage to your current home

How It Works

As part of this program, we will coordinate your move-out in conjunction with the closing process. If necessary, Monte Vista will cover the expense of credit repair services. Additionally, you agree to cooperate with showings for new tenants during your occupancy.

Monte Vista will provide up to $15,000 in down payment assistance under the following conditions:

You purchase a Monte Vista home in one of our communities.
You work with Monte Vista's in-house lender to secure a loan.
